FAQ

The practical details.

Is Pro priced per repository?

No. Pro is priced for one named developer, not by repository count. While that developer is trialing or actively subscribed, the plan covers the repositories they are authorized to work on.

Can I use the Free CLI for commercial work?

Free includes time-limited evaluation on private or commercial repositories. Ongoing commercial production use requires an active Pro entitlement. Personal projects, education, and public open-source work remain within the Free-use boundary.

Does the Free CLI upload my source?

No. Free checks run locally, and neither running those checks nor resolving local identity uploads source code. Any future hosted workflow will have a separate, explicit data-handling contract before it is offered.

How will the private-beta trial work?

Any trial length and included access are disclosed at Stripe checkout. When a trial or paid period ends, paid hosted access stops unless Stripe still shows time remaining in the current period. The Free CLI remains usable within its stated limits.

How do cancellation and offline verification work?

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the Stripe billing portal, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billed period. Separately, the CLI may honor a previously issued signed entitlement for up to 24 hours of offline verification, but that does not extend payment or hosted access.

Do taxes, refunds, or credits change the launch plan?

Taxes are additional unless checkout says otherwise. Refunds are available only if checkout says so or if law requires them. Pro does not include repair credits, hosted repair execution, or dashboard access.

What are Max Local and Max Hosted?

Max Local and Max Hosted are future, unavailable plans reserved for LLM-assisted or external-agent repair automation. Those capabilities are not included in Pro.

Where are Team and Enterprise?

They are future, unavailable plans. Fettl will not sell shared administration or enterprise controls before the product and operating boundaries are ready. The private-beta form is the current path for early planning questions.
